MICHIGAN, 6 June 2023: Penske Automotive Group, a leading automotive and commercial truck retailer, has announced the acquisition of Transolutions Truck Centres (TSTC), a retailer of medium and heavy-duty commercial trucks and buses in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
This move marks the expansion of the company’s operations in Canada and the establishment of a presence in a new Canadian province.
TSTC operates five locations in the greater Winnipeg market, including three full-service dealerships and two parts and service centers. They specialize in the sales and service of Freightliner Trucks, Western Star Trucks, and Thomas Built Buses. Additionally, TSTC is the licensed dealer for SelecTrucks, Daimler Truck’s used vehicle brand, for the entire territory of Manitoba.
Acquisition of TSTC
