CALIFORNIA, 30 June 2023: Rivian Automotive Inc has acquired Swedish mapping company Iternio, developer of the popular EV trip planning app, A Better Routeplanner (ABRP).
The acquisition will allow Rivian to integrate ABRP’s technology into its in-vehicle navigation system and mobile app, making it easier for Rivian drivers to plan and execute long-distance EV trips.
ABRP is a well-respected EV trip planning app with a large and active community of users.
