Zapp appoints Green Mopeds as first UK reseller for i300

UK-based electric vehicle company Zapp Electric Vehicles has appointed London-based Green Mopeds as its first authorised reseller for the i300 electric motorcycle in Great Britain, according to a press release from Zapp.

Green Mopeds will handle test rides, delivery, and after-sales support using Zapp’s direct-to-customer model. Zapp plans to supply the i300 from its new micro-factory in Thailand’s Bangkok Free Trade Zone, which has a production capacity of 21,500 units annually, the release said.

Zapp has received EU homologation and plans to expand into other high-demand two-wheeler markets, including India. The company expects to add more resellers across Asia and Europe as demand increases, the release added.
