Germany-based battery tech company PULSETRAIN has raised E6.1m (US$6.60m) in seed funding from Vsquared Ventures, Planet A (Berlin VC focused on climate tech), and Climate Club (early-stage climate fund), according to a LinkedIn post by PULSETRAIN.
PULSETRAIN integrates battery management, inverter, and charging electronics into one in-battery system. Its multilevel inverter combines hardware and software to extend EV battery life by up to 80% and reduce thermal risks, the post said.
The company focuses on two-wheelers and commercial vehicles and has started work on a test vehicle with partners. It plans to expand into automotive, aviation, agriculture, and shipping, the post added.
