CALIFORNIA, 10 June 2023: Aehr Test Systems, a worldwide supplier of semiconductor test and production burn-in equipment, announced that it has received USD 13.7m in follow-on orders for its FOX WaferPak Contactors from its lead silicon carbide test and burn-in customer.
These orders will help Aehr meet the increased production capacity needs of its customer for silicon carbide power semiconductors for the electric vehicle market.
