Skoda Auto has started series production of the new all-electric Epiq at Volkswagen Navarra’s plant in Pamplona, Spain, according to a company press release.
The Epiq is Skoda’s most accessible electric model and forms part of Volkswagen Brand Group Core’s Electric Urban Car Family alongside models from CUPRA and Volkswagen, the release said.

Skoda said the Epiq is its first model built on the MEB+ platform and its first vehicle to fully use the Modern Solid design language.
The model has a price of around E26,000, battery and power variants from 85kW to 155kW, and a maximum range of about 440km, the release added.
The Epiq is Skoda’s first model produced in Spain and its second current European model built outside its Czech plants.
